For over a decade, I have purchased everything from computers, kitchen appliances, clothing, to specialty foods online, and I came to a simple conclusion: online shopping saves me both time and money. Shopping online, I don’t have to drive to ten different stores to find the item I’m looking for at a price that I could be happy with. That being said, I also found out the hard way that shopping online can be risky and not all shopping sites are created equal. Like most people, I learned from my mistakes and started taking common sense precautions when I shopped online, and I was largely able to get what I need on the Internet without much problem.
My trek through cyberspace have taken me to hundreds of shopping sites, and along the way, I got some great deals and services from e-tailers both large and small. I became a loyal customer and a true fan of a particular e-tailer whose slogan is ‘the Largest Selection on Earth’, and after hundreds of orders from them in the last decade, I learned that it is great customer service that has kept me going back to them again and again. Not all online stores I shopped in have the largest selection on earth, but one constant remained for the ones I kept going back to: great customer service. I got a hunch that great customer service is the bottom line whether we are talking about retailing or e-tailing, and some small e-tailers do it as well as best of the big outfits because they really love the stuff that they’re selling. It has inspired me to join their ranks! When you shop in one of my stores, you can be certain that someone on the other end will be doing their very best to ensure that your experience will be a pleasant one.
